All trips will be assigned a Trip Valedictorian who will be responsible for every aspect of planning and executing the trip. This includes, but is not limited to, trip date(s), number of spots available, payment due dates and amounts, cancellation fees and dates, and the availability and cost of trip insurance.

It is the Trip Valedictorian’s responsibility to inform any participating members as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations and to assist in any way possible to ensure the most fair and reasonable outcome.

The BSC is not liability for any expenses incurred, or damages resulting from, a club sponsored trip.

Trips will be open to members of the BSC in good standing in order of club seniority first. In the event the trip is not filled to capacity after all club members have been given reasonable time to register, as determined by the Trip Valedictorian, the trip may be opened to non-members, subject to a surcharge in the amount of the regular dues for the current year.
